We're open to repairing any guitar, pedal, amp, etc. Shipping costs should always be considered before sending anything out. Local drop offs for the Boston, MA area are possible with an appointment. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM but we can make exceptions.
All pedals are different so it is difficult to give an exact estimate until the pedal is disassembled. There is a $25 bench fee which must be included with the broken pedal, then if the pedal is approved by the customer, the $25 goes towards the cost of the repair. Modifications DO NOT require a bench fee. Please include any known symptoms when requesting a quote; Mention if any LEDs light up or if signal passes, etc. Turn around time is usually about 5-10 days.
Common Repairs:
Replacing the PCB-mounted switch with a stronger switch in Voodoo Labs pedals
Replacing broken switches in Electro Harmonix, Wah, MXR pedals, etc.
Replacing cheap jacks in pedals such as Russian EH pedals.
Cleaning switches and pots
Replacing broken pots or missing knobs
Fixing malfunctioning/dead pedals
