Our drop-off hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10AM-4PM.
All pedals are different so it is difficult to give an exact estimate until the pedal is disassembled. There is a $25 bench fee which must be included with the broken pedal, then if the pedal is approved by the customer, the $25 goes towards the cost of the repair. Modifications DO NOT require a bench fee. Please include any known symptoms when requesting a price quote; Mention if any LEDs light up or if signal passes, etc. Turn around time is usually about 3-7 days.
Common Repairs:
Replacing a PCB-mounted switch (Voodoo Labs pedals)
Replacing broken switches in Electro Harmonix, Wah, MXR pedals, etc.
Upgrading plastic jacks in pedals such as Russian EH pedals.
Replacing broken pots or missing knobs
Fixing malfunctioning pedals
Amp repairs and maintenance (solid state or tube)
Pickup installs / guitar wiring repairs
